Hi, I'm Dianne

I am a HUMAN RESOURCES FUTURIST with 20+ years of multi-faceted experience in a wide range of sizes and types of workplaces, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to entrepreneurial start-ups, international public relations firms, family owned businesses, political campaigns, governmental agencies, etc. 

No matter the enterprise or my role within it – Customer Service Rep with the phone company at age 19 (back in the day when there was A phone company) to becoming the first female Vice President in a subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company (Deluxe), a Chief Possibility Officer in a not-for-profit, etc. -- unleashing the possibilities and potential of people has always been at the heart of my work.

Enough about what I do...and onto who I am

I’m a classic Enneagram 7 and my top 5 Gallup StrengthsFinder strengths are (1)Maximizer, (2)Intellection, (3)Connectedness, (4)Input, (5)Futurist.

I am the mother of two grown daughters, nana for five grandchildren and four granddogs, and foster parent to two cats.

I reside in a suburb of Chicago but have a special love for Minneapolis where I lived in the early 90s and Champaign-Urbana before that. 

Books are my teachers and watching movies and documentaries are my guilty pleasure. I’m happy to send you my reading list that has significantly contributed to my HR passion and workplace expertise, beginning with Peter Senge’s Fifth Discipline, along with my understanding of How The South Won The Civil War. . . by Heather Cox Richardson
